Mountain Air Ski Rental
I have good experience with this company and fully recommend them to anyone going to Verbier. Nick the manager appears very official but he and his team are the people to see. They're quite happy to chop and change during the full period of your hire. Highly recommended, link at bottom.Mountain Air Verbier is one of Verbier's leading ski and snowboard rental shops and the place to come for technical mountain equipment including telemarking and ski touring, mountaineering and climbing gear, avalanche saftey equipment, clothing, and the essentials required for survival at altitude. Mountain Air is especially renowned for two things: custom boot fitting and its service levels claiming 'no ski shop provides such service better'.
The Mountain Air shop is situated half-way up Rue de Médran - the main road to the lifts, and so is perfectly located for picking up your winter sports gear. The guys in the shop will be able to provide you with personal recommendations and expertise, helping you to find the equipment that best fits your anatomy, ski ability and skiing style and to make sure you will enjoy your time in Verbier! The brands offered include Salomon, Helly Hansen, Atomic, Scarpa, Dalbello, Rossignol, K2, Völkl, Mammut, Mountain Hardware, Whitestuff etc., just to name a few.
